Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1-inch ginger (crushed)
- 5-6 tulsi (holy basil) leaves

- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add ginger, tulsi, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves to the water.
- Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the quantity reduces to half.
- Strain the kadha into a cup and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in honey and drink warm.
