  • You can make these strips as long as you prefer, but traditionally, they are around 6-8 inches long.

3. Frying:

  • Once the oil is hot enough (test by dropping a small piece of dough into the oil; it should rise to the surface immediately), carefully slide the fafda strips into the oil.
  • Fry the fafdas until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip them gently for even frying.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

4. Garnishing:
